Ice cream (vanilla and chocolate)

Vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
cream 960ml
egg yolk 10ea
sugar 285g
vanilla 1t

Method
1. Put cream, sugar and boil in pot.
2. Mix egg yolk and vinilla essence.
3. Stir it and take a pot of the fire just before the boiling.
4. Strain no.3 through a sieve.
5. Cool down.
6. Make ice cream using machine.

chocolate ice cream
Ingredients
chocolate 340g
cream 1200ml
sugar 225g
vanilla 1t

Method
1. Put cream, sagar, chocolate and vanilla essence and boil in pot.
2. Stir it and take a pot of the fire just before the boiling.
3. Cool down.
4. Make ice cream using machine.
