5/14 Slider buns

Ingredients
water 1cup
yeast 1t 
egg 1ea
butter 2T (melt)
salt 1/4t
sugar 1/4cup
flour 3 1/4cup

Method
1. Melt butter.
2. Mix water and yeast set it during 10min.
3. Mix flour, salt, sugar, butter, egg, yeast in bowl
4. Knead by hand.
5. Sprinkle flour on pan.
6. Shape dough into a ball on pan.
7. Cover wet cloth on dough.
8. Ripen for 2 hour.
9. Coat the dough with egg.
10. Bake 190'C, 15min
