Ingredients
flour 1 1/2 cup
baking powder 2T
sugar 1cup
cinnamon 1T
salt 1/4 t
vanilla 1t
eggs 2ea
butter 200gm
rum 3T
pine apple 1/2
Method
1. Put sugar in pan and melt.
2. Put sliced pineapple in pan and boil down.
3. Mix egg white and put sugar, egg yolk, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and melted butter in mixed egg
white.
4. Wrap the base of mold by foil.
5. Put dough on pineapple in mold.
6. Bake 175'C.
