5/9 Cream cheese cake

Ingredients
<graham craker>                            <cream cheese cake>
 bread flour 170g                               butter 225g
 cake flour 170g                                cream cheese 1365
 wheat flour 55g                                sugrar 455g
 brown sugar 55g                              cornstarch 55
 baking soda 1t                                 vanilla extract 20ml
 butter 85g                                        egg 4ea
 honey 120ml                                    egg yolk 8ea
 vanilla extract 1t                               zest lemon 1ea
 water 80ml                                      swr cream 170g

Method
1. Mix all ingredients and make dough.
2. Make craker.
3. Put dough on craker in mold.
4. Bake 175'C, 35~55min.
5. Serve food on a plate.
