5/9 Crab cake

Ingredients
crabmeat  225g
mayonnaise  60g
bell pepper, green  15g
bell pepper, red  15g
breadcrumbs  60g
mustard  30g
egg  1ea
old bay seasoning  1/2 t
butter  30g
salt, pepper
sesame leaves  12

Method
1. Cut red pepper into small dice.
2. Remove crab's water and mix melt butter, mayonnaise, mustard and grind shrimp, red pepper, old bay
    seasoning 1/2 t, salt, pepper, green paprika, egg whole in bowl.
3. Put in the mold.
4. Panfry it.
5. Geen oil - mix Blanch spinach :1 = oil : 1, salt, pepper and blanding them.
