5/9 Pan seared trout

Ingredients
trout, fellets 6each
flour 30g
salt
white pepper
butter 30ml
lemon juice 30ml
parsley 3g

Method
1. Vegetables cut and saute.
2. Dredge the trout fillets into the flour and pan fry.
3. Melt butter in pan and rub it into trout.
4. Serve food in a plate.
